It may be a misalocation of time to recreate something that already exists. This doesn't mean the entire idea is scrap it's simply still developing. 2- Organizing Area This area is a go. It's a remote work platform for our group and soon will organize outside action. I hope we can create a great organizing area. Brent

URL: http://democrat.meetup.com/1094/calendar/5858479/?a=cn1_cn2&gj=ej3 Organizer: Steve Kelley, former state senator from district 44, candidate for Governor and Attorney General, one of the state's experts in education and now a senior fellow at the Humphrey Institute has agreed to meet with us and talk about grass roots politics. Steve has a wealth of experience about politics in Minnesota. Laurie and I were proud to be Kelley delegates at the last DFL state convention. Who knows what might have been, we could have had a governor on our side. Please join us for a very interesting meeting.

While there, she will join with other TC activists, as well as organizers from NYC (which protested the RNC in 2004), to lead a workshop where folks from around the country can talk about what to expect at the RNC and how to get involved. The report will focus on RNC preparations, but also be a chance to hear about the growing anti-war movement around the U.S.
