DFL SD 38 Family Picnic Source: DFL The DFL Family Picnic runs from 4 PM to 8 PM at the Eagan Central Park Picnic Shelter (on Pilot Know Road just north of Yankee Doodle Road). Cost is $5 for adults, $3 for ages 6-12. Kids under 5 are free.
